Karl Klein was established in 1950 and in 1955 it started the production of industrial lights, machine holding lights, safety barrel lights for wooden barrels, hand lamps. We use the most up-to-date 3D CAD system and a variety of simulation tools to optimize our products for flow technology (CFD) and strength (FE technique) from the very beginning of the development process. The design data is transmitted online to the relevant processing devices, such as Trumpf's own laser cutting system, with the use of a CAE system (Computer-Aided-Engineering). At Karl Klein, one of the technological highlights is frequency converter technology. This is so that certain operating points can be managed and because it allows for deviation from the nominal speed by running the speed above or below it. Quality assurance system is also certified - according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and with the welding license for welding rail vehicles and vehicle parts, certification level CL2 according to DIN EN 15085-2.

But we can also give mobile to practically all of our other fans.
